Shipping Policy

All orders are processed immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that certain circumstances such as high order volume or shipping problems may delay orders and are outside of our control. We are grateful for your order and your patience as we work to fulfill and ship your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order depend upon product sizes selected and shipping address and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Most orders take approximately 8-10 days to complete and ship. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us at contact@hawkfineart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We require a physical address to deliver your order, so please do not use a P.O. box as your shipping address.
